Our massive Arrested Development season 4 recap: IT’S COMING.
And here’s what recapper Annie Barrett is eating to prepare:
–juice box (box of wine)
–a banger in the mouth
–a whole thing of candy beans
–sour balls that have rolled out of my pocket
–frozen banana (what could it cost, $10?)
–Egg
–an ice cream sandwich
–Cloudmir vodka jello shots (SHE’S MIXING!)
–Beef Consommé
–bag-and-boil Chicken Teriyaki or Marsala
–cornbread balls (Cornballer approximation)
–tuna melt (The Ike and Tina Tuna approximation)
–everything in my apartment (Skip’s Scramble approximation)
–anything… with club sauce -
It happened last night! ‘Mad Men’s Elisabeth Moss & ‘Arrested Development’s Jessica Walter were our amazing guests last night and we had a blast! Since both our guests’ characters lover the sauce as much as we do, we made our drinking word a Free Drink night (now everyone could be like Lucille & Peggy!); Andy had Elisabeth & Jessica spill the dirt on some of their famous co-stars in Spill the Whiskey (tea was not appropriate for these ladies) and we learned Christina Hendricks was an amazing cook; after being asked if we’ll ever see Peggy’s baby, Elisabeth said probably not but hopes that one day a five year old with a receding hairline will walk into the office one day (please make this happen, Matthew Weiner!); Jessica named Will Arnett as the ‘AD’ cast member who is hardest to keep a straight face with adding that you can’t breath when he’s around because he’s so funny (his magical illusions are the best!); we played a game where Elisabeth & Jessica had to guess the featured product from old, sexists, weird commercials and Jessica won; Elisabeth revealed her ‘Mad Men’ themed Housewife tagline to Andy (she came prepared for this question); when asked who would win in a fight between Lucille & Peggy both ladies agreed Lucille’s dirty tactics would win; Jessica revealed her favorite quote from ‘AD’ and who came up with her character’s wink; and Andy made Elisabeth play Plead the Fifth where she had a lot of ‘great’ things to say about her former co-star Jeremy Piven and his infamous mercury poisoning story all in our After Show. Head to Bravotv.com for clips and the After Show and check out last night’s behind the scenes photos.

George Washington’s personal copy of the Acts of Congress is now on display at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library until June 1, 2013.
This photo shows the inside of the front cover where George Washington pasted his armorial bookplate. The bookplate features the Washington family coat of arms and the motto “exitus acta probat,” which translates to “the result is the test of the actions.”
The Acts will travel to each of our 13 Presidential Libraries before returning to its home at Mount Vernon.
